Kidnapped Medical Students Regain Freedom
The kidnapped Medical Students in Benue State have Regained their freedom on Friday night after a Coordinated Security Operation.
The security sources who confirmed the rescued to newsmen in Markurdi said the students who were kidnapped in Benue State have been successfully rescued.
The operation, coordinated by the office of the National Security Adviser (NSA), involved a joint effort by security agencies including the Police, Department of State Services (DSS), and military personnel, with the support of the Benue state government.
The students, who were on their way to attend the Federation of Catholic Medical and Dental Students (FECAMDS) annual convention in Enugu, were ambushed and abducted during their journey.
According to reports, the swift rescue operation was executed using advanced equipment and strategic coordination among the security forces.
