Badru’s Demise, Monumental Loss To Osun APC- Lekan Badmus
The Executive Director, Marine and Operations of the Nigerian Port Authority, (NPA), Engr Olalekan Badmus has mourned the passage of a chieftain of the All Progressives Congress, (APC) in Osun State, Alhaji Debo Badru.
Badmus described Badru’s demise as a monumental loss to the party, the people of Osun State, and the nation at large.
In a statement signed by the Executive Director and made available to newsmen, Badmus lamented that the deceased wisdom, and leadership qualities will be greatly missed amongst the progressives.
He said, “Alhaji Debo Badru was a dedicated and loyal party member who contributed immensely to the growth and development of our great party.
“We commiserate with his family, friends, and associates during this difficult time. May God grant them the fortitude to bear this irreparable loss.
“We will miss Badiru’s counsel, guidance, and unwavering commitment to our party’s ideals. His legacy will continue to inspire us as we strive to build a better future for Osun State and Nigeria.
“Rest in peace, Egbon. Your memory will live on in our hearts.”
