Mother Of Detained Binance Executive Seeks Son’s Release
Knarik Gambaryan, the mother of Binance’s Financial Crimes Compliance Chief, Tigran Gambaryan who was detained in Nigeria, has declared her son’s innocence.
Gambaryan ‘s mother who spoke on Friday urged the Nigerian government to release him, this was as she offered to exchange herself for his freedom.
It would be recalled that Tigran was arrested in February 2024 alongside Nadeem Anjarwalla, amid allegations linking Binance to money laundering and terrorism financing.
While Anjarwalla fled to Kenya, Tigran remains in Nigeria facing trial.
His family and employer have expressed concerns about his health, but Nigerian authorities report he is in good condition.
