Man Dies During 19-Day Dry Fast In Lagos
A 58-year-old man has died while undertaking a 19-day spiritual dry fast in Lagos.
The incident occurred in the Alagbado area around 6:00 a.m. on Monday.
According to Lagos State Police Public Relations Officer, SP Benjamin Hundeyin, the deceased’s younger brother reported the death to the Alagbado Police Division at about 7:00 p.m. on the same day.
Hundeyin stated that no foul play is suspected, and the family has requested to proceed with the burial of the deceased.
“No foul play suspected, family demands to convey the corpse for burial,” he said
