VIDEO: 25 Gambian, Nigerian Nationals Beg For Help After Boat Intercepted By Tunisian National Guards
-Languish In Desert Miles Away From City
Over twenty-five Gambian and Nigerian Nationals have been stranded amid desert away from about 200 kilometers from the city.
In a video of one minute and forty-six seconds posted by one of the stranded victims, alleged that their boat was intercepted by the Tunisian National guards on Thursday, there by seeking for rescue mission.
He said; “Hi Ebrima, we are 25 people of Gambia and some Nigerians. Our boat was intercepted by the Tunisian National guards last Thursday morning in the sea.
Since last Friday night they sent us in the middle of the desert on No man’s land while we were far from the city more than 200 kilometers away without food, water and some are still having handcuffs in their hands all these days
“We are afraid we might lose our lives here without help”.
