Ogunyemi explained and stressed how the intervention schemes like, the students loans, housing, CNG, business loans among others have really helped millions of Nigerians to achieve their goals.

He encouraged Nigerians to visit the websites and take advantage of the intervention schemes to make life easier and better for them.

In his remarks, Chairman, Nigeria Union of Journalists (NUJ) Osun State Council, Comrade Wasiu Ajadosu argued that corruption is a huge burden hindering national development, stressing that history has shown that no country can develop without eliminating graft.

Ajadosu said Nigeria has failed to reach its potential due to dishonest practices, saying fuel subsidy removal is a well conceived idea , but government should come up with laudable interventions to mitigate its effects.

He posited that the present administration meant well for the people of the country, but those at the helm of affairs should also consider Nigerian masses that are bitterly hit by the fuel subsidy removal rather than living a flamboyant life at the detriment of the common Nigerians.
