BREAKING: S’court Dismisses Omo-Agege’s Appeal Against Delta Gov
The Supreme Court has dismissed the appeal by the All Progressives Congress and its candidate, Ovie Omo-Agege against the election of the Delta State Governor, Sheriff Oborevwori.
The court said the appeal lacked merit and the appellant was unable to discharge the burden of proof placed on him.
Judgment is being read in the Labour Party’s appeal.
