Ex-Senate President, Bukola Saraki Loses Mom

The mother to a former President, Dr. Bukola Saraki, Mrs. Florence Morenike Saraki has died.

Family sources told our Correspondent that she died peacefully in Lagos at the age of 94 years.

The deceased was also the wife of a late former Senate Leader, Dr. Abubakar Olusola Saraki.

She was also the mother to a former Minister of State for Transport, Senator Ruqayat Gbemisola Saraki.

The source who is also one of the media aides to the former Senate President confirmed the development to our correspondent in a telephone chat.

“Our leader, Dr. Bukola Saraki has lost his mother.

She died few hours ago, precisely at about six pm in her Lagos residence peacefully,” the source who pleaded not to be named said.
