NNPP Will Triumph At Osun LG Election, Says Party Chairman
As plans are on top gear for the conduct of local government election in Osun State, leadership of New Nigeria Peoples Party (NNPP) has expressed optimism in winning some councils.
NNPP chairman, Dr. Tosin Odeyemi made this known after a meeting held with the members of Osun State Independent Electoral Commission (OSIEC) in Osogbo today.
Odeyemi said he could observe a sincerity of purpose in every member of OSIEC and if they act according to the assurance given to all the political parties during the meeting, another history will be made in Osun council election.
He noted that the OSIEC chairman, Barr. Hassim Abioye, seems focused and determined to change the narratives from the usual one-way commission to one with listening ears.
Odeyemi stressed that his party will therefore go back to the drawing board, buckle up and get set for the forthcoming election.
He urged Osun residents to see NNPP as a party ready to lead them to a glorious haven where they will have all things in abundant, thereby, vote for all its candidates whenever the election is set to hold.
