Osun Forum Of Contributory Pensioners Lauds Gov Adeleke’s Approval Of N10,000, Describes His Action As Humane
Osun pensioners under the Forum of Contributory Pensioners (FOCOPEN) have described a communique by a group of people maligning the efforts of governor Ademola Adeleke at ensuring that pensioners under the contributory pension scheme are well catered for as a ruse, unfounded and act of ingratitude.
This is just as the Forum clarified that the pensioners under the contributory pension scheme were paid off by the previous government, and the magnanimity of governor Ademola Adeleke led to the ten thousand naira approved for their welfare.
This is contained in a release signed by the State Coordinator, Alhaji Ayinde Toyin, secretary, Adeeyo Alani and the treasurer Alhaja Salam Bamidele.
The release described the communique as signed by its author rejecting the ten thousand naira graciously approved by governor Ademola Adeleke as concorted,a fallacy and handiwork of opposition party members who are not pleased with the achievements of the governor.
Dissociating itself from the communique, the forum called on its authors to withdraw the names of local and zonal executives attached to it as they are never a party to the communique.
They appealed to the state government to consider the payment of their bond certificates
