Makinde Congratulates Sen Adeyeye On His Appointment As NPA Chairman

A Chieftain of the All Progressives Congress in Osun state, Hon Rotimi Makinde has congratulated Senator Adedayo Adeyeye on his appointment as Board Chairman, Nigerian Ports Authority (NPA).

Makinde in a congratulatory message he personally signed and made available to journalists in Osogbo, on Friday described Adeyeye’s appointment as well deserved.

The former parliamentarian who represented Ife Federal Constituency in the 7th Assembly said, that the newly appointed Board Chairman will use his wealth of experience as a seasoned lawyer, journalist, and notable politician, who was a former Minister of State for Works to ensure efficient port services and improved industry outcomes.

He said: “This appointment or elevation can indeed be described as a far-reaching impact, to positively affect numerous lives.This appointment can inspire and motivate others, serve as a tool to positive change in this government .Sen Adeyeye truly laboured so much for the birth of this government.

“This writer and other titans of the South West Agenda are all living witness and we can truly trust that our dear senator would make meaningful contribution to ensure the success of this government..We are therefore very happy and hereby saying a big thank you to Mr President and congratulation to our Chairman and all of us on board.

“This single appointment of his and as the Chairman of Swaga 23 can lead to party growth, gives and renew the much needed hope, and enhance our government in many more ways across the country.
