#EndBadGovernance Protest Rehearsal For Revolution – Charly Boy
Maverick singer, Charles Oputa, popularly known as Charly Boy has said the only solution to bad governance in Nigeria is revolution.
Charly Boy who made this remark on Friday said the August 1 to 10 #EndBadGovernance protest was a ‘mere rehearsal’ for the main event.
Charly Boy, however, predicted that when the revolution would take place, it would be unannounced, stressing that it wont be televised.
Recall that Nigerian youths have been on the streets since August 1 demanding an end to the ravaging hardship in the country.
The organizers of the protest on Friday announce Saturday, August 10 for a one-milion man protest across the country.
Speaking on his verified X handle, the renowned singer said if the Nigerian government fails to address the demands of the youths, the revolution maybe destructive and bloody.
He wrote, “It will take A Revolution To find A Solution to bad leadership. I see the August 1st to 10th as a dress rehearsal for the main event.
“The main event will be Unannounced.
It will be madder than we ever Imagined.
The REVOLUTION will not be Televised.
Destruction and Blood will line in its wake.
“Hopefully, it will be The Outcome That Will Bring The SOLUTION”.
