In a remarkable display of faith and resilience, Christian protesters held a Sunday service under the popular Olaiya Flyover , with their Muslim counterparts in attendance.

The service was a peaceful and solemn affair, featuring hymns and prayers, while a protester delivered a sermon focusing on justice, equality, and good governance.

Speaking with journalists, one of the protesters and Chairman of Osun State Chaper of Committee for Defense of Human Rights (CDHR), Comrade Emmanuel Olowu noted that President Bola Tinubu has yet to address the protesters’ demands with a policy statement.

Olowu urged the President to immediately address at least three of the demands from the #EndBadGovernance movement.

He also called for the Federal Government to establish a dialogue committee with a clear mandate, to be headed by the governor of each state.

When asked about the future of the protests, Olowu stated, “As of today, we have held the protest.

However, the organizers will review the situation and provide direction as appropriate.”
