Tinubu Celebrates Oyetola On 70th Birthday
President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has extended his warmest congratulations to Alhaji Adegboyega Oyetola, as he celebrates his 70th birthday.
In a statement released on Tuesday by his Special Adviser on Information & Strategy, Bayo Onanuga, Tinubu praised Oyetola for his consistent dedication to progressive ideals.
He lauded the former governor of Osun State and the current Minister of Marine and Blue Economy for his proven record of public service.
The President lauded Oyetola’s tenure as Osun State governor, highlighting his significant achievements in key areas such as education, healthcare, and infrastructure development.
Tinubu also commended Oyetola for his fiscal discipline and focus on improving internally generated revenue.
He as well appreciated his efforts to prioritize the welfare of workers and pensioners during his time in office.
Tinubu further acknowledged Oyetola’s success in boosting Osun’s mining sector, attracting investment, and spurring economic growth.
He expressed confidence in the former governor’s leadership capabilities, which led to his appointment as the first Minister of Marine and Blue Economy.
