” Presence of politicians at the Eid praying ground should not be condemned, but rather what should be condemned is using the praying ground to foment trouble.
” Before now politicians use to come to the praying ground and mix with people irrespective of their political differences, but this time around, jealousy and political hatred has come in.
” It is a welcome development that Muslim politicians attend Eid praying ground, but using the place to foment trouble, shouting party slogan is not acceptable in Islam.

” Before President Muhammadu Buhari left office, signed a bill seeking to create Commission to cater for Almajiri and out of school children and I want to advice government to encourage awareness on this.
” Islam is a religion of peace and it is very rich. In Islam you can learn history, arithmetic, among others but for those who lack adequate knowledge of Islam, always rely o hear say in making judgement” he said.
The cleric also said that he was duly installed and recognised by the League of Imams and Alfas in the South-West as the Waziri of Yorubaland.
