Married Woman Who Registered Her Properties In Brother’s Name Cries Out As Wife Files For Divorce

A married woman who registered most of her properties under her brother’s name, because she does not trust her husband, is left in fear as his wife filed for a divorce.

The distraught woman took to a Facebook platform to narrate her ordeal and sought help on how to protect her investments. According to the woman who revealed that she’s a mother of three, she was afraid of a possible split with her husband.

She had decided to register all the assets she owns under her brother’s name so she can have something to fall back to if her husband. Shockingly to her, her brother’s wife has filed for a divorce and she’s insisting on sharing of properties.

The story read, “Good morning Ssalongo Ssali. I am a married woman and a mother of 3 kids My husband is financially well off. I am working at my professional job and he left me with full authority and freedom to manage my finances as i wish.”

“I have saved and by God’s grace, i have secretly accumulated a number of property including rentals, various plots of land, bodabodas for business etc.”

“To be honest with you Ssalongo, i registered most of my property into my brother’s names with fear that in case my husband divorces me, i have all my property and i move on.”

“Unfortunately my brother’s wife of 2 kids has recently filed for divorce and wants more than half of his property and fortune.”

“To make matters worse, she is aware of all property registered in her husband’s names including my investments! And she’s very serious with divorce and property sharing!”
