2023: Aremo Advocates Violence Free Polls, Explains Why Youths Should Vote For Tinubu, APC Candidates

The immediate past Special Adviser on Youth and Sports and Deputy Chairman, All Progressives Congress (APC) Presidential Campaign Council PCC, Youth And Student Mobilizatiin Directorate in Osun State, Lateef Adegboyega Adelabu Aremo has urged youths in the state to eschew any act capable of causing violence before, during and after the elections.

Aremo gave the charge on Thursday, while addressing a group of youth, in Osogbo, Osun State capital.

He described youths as the future leaders of Nigeria said they should try as much as possible to shun violence saying there would not be rest of mind in an atmosphere marred with violence.

“As future leaders of this country, you must eschew violence and embrace peaceful and harmonious coexistence.

He, charged people of the state , especially youths to come out en masses and cast their votes for APC presidential candidate, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu and all other party’s candidates during the Saturday’s polls.

Explaining why youths should vote for Tinubu, the Osogbo born politician said Tinubu would ensure inclusiveness, provide a lasting solution to strikes by university lecturers and engineer reforms that would create jobs and opportunities for young people.

According to Aremo, “Tinubu’s antecedents speak for him and his actions have shown that if youths vote him as president, he would carry them along in his cabinet and governance.

He said that Tinubu had displayed uncommon leadership capacity as governor of Lagos State and would steer the affairs of the country for the good of all.

“What we are talking about is that Tinubu has the technical know-how, the understanding on how to better equip and run the education sector and nation as a whole.

“However, I want to urge the youths to please vote for all the APC Senatorial and House of Representatives Candidates because if Tinubu emerges victorious they would be synergy between the executive and legislative arm of government.”
