Zulum Appoints Arab To Head Borno Primary Healthcare Devt Agency

Governor Babagana Zulum of Borno State has approved the appointment of Professor Mohammed Arab as executive director of Borno State Primary Health- care Development Agency (SPHCDA).

The governor’s spokesman, Malam Isa Gusau, who made the announcement, said the appointment is with immediate effect.

Governor Zulum congratulated Professor Arab and looks forward to his continued service with excellence at the SPHCDA. Before the latest appointment, Professor Arab had served as Borno’s Commissioner for Health from July 2022 to May 2023.

He also served as Chief Medical Director of Borno State’s Hospital Management Board from September 2020 to July 2022.
