NBC President, Akanji leads Conference Presidents to Drum Support for Youth Arise Congress

The National President of the Nigerian Baptist Convention, NBC, Rev Dr. Israel Adelani Akanji led the Presidents of all the Conferences in the Convention to the Youth Night and 50th Anniversary of the Nigerian Baptist Convention Youth Conference held today at the Baptist International Convention Centre, Lagos-Ibadan, Expressway, Ogun state.

The National leadership of the Convention pledged their support to the forthcoming Youth Arise Congress holding September 3-6, 2023.

Speaking on behalf of the Convention leadership, the President, Akanji congratulated the leadership and all youths of the Convention on their 50th Anniversary and their contributions to the growth of the Convention noting that the future of the Convention is assured with the crop of youths.

He said that the Convention leadership is fully in support of Youth Arise, a program that will bring together youth organizations in the Convention including the Nigerian Baptist Convention Youth Conference, NBCYC, Baptist Students Fellowship, BSF, the Royal Ambassadors of Nigeria, RAN, and the Lydia Auxiliary.

According to him, the program represents the commitment of the Convention to the growth of the youths.
