Acclaimed Writer Set To Launch Gripping New Memoir In Osun
‘Disclosure’, a memoir authored by Sanusi Olayemi, an acclaimed writer and social activist, will be formally launched in Osun on February 11.
The autobiography, among other things, presents a vivid picture of the author’s life experiences.
In a chat with an online media practitioner in Osogbo on Friday, Sanusi revealed that his latest literary work will be presented to the public at an elaborate ceremony scheduled to take place at the NUJ Press Center, Technical College area, Osogbo, Osun State.
The Iresi-born writer noted that the tell-all memoir narrates the remarkable story of his resilience in the face of trials.
“It is a classic tale of hope and success against all odds. A truly inspiring read for young people in Nigeria and elsewhere who must conquer challenges on their way to the promised bright future,” he posited.
Sanusi’s story places emphasis on hope and the will to forge ahead without the means being present.
He further noted that ‘Disclosure’ is a captivating book not just for the gripping personal events it contains, but because these experiences are unique.
” Without sounding immodest, I feel the writing is powerful, honest and heartfelt. This book is for anyone who relishes an inspiring memoir,” Sanusi hinted while offering a peep into his new work.
Speaking about his target audience, the publisher noted that the autobiography would be a great resource for book clubs, schools, religious organizations and the general public.
A trained mass communicator, Sanusi’s penchant for literature led him to venture into the writing world. He is the author of four best-selling books.
