Oyetola’s Associate Distributes Free Fuel To Celebrate Iwo Day
A former Iwo LG Chairmanship Aspirant and Personal Assistant during the Administration of Ex-Governor Adegboyega Oyetola, Ogbeni Yakubu Atanda, today, in celebrating this year’s Iwo Day, distributed free fuel to no fewer than hundred Okada riders in Iwo, aiming to alleviate the impact of the recent subsidy removal.
Atanda, popularly called Omo Igboya, expressed gratitude to his political mentor, former Commissioner for Works and Transport, Engr. Remi Omowaiye, for the invaluable support that made the initiative possible.
Addressing the gathering of motorcyclists, Engr. Azeez Oladayo praised Omo Igboya’s thoughtful contribution, emphasizing the importance of supporting Okada riders during these challenging times.
The Okada riders, appreciative of the gesture, offered prayers for Yakubu’s continued prosperity, hoping that his benevolence would have a lasting impact on the community.
