Almond Life Builders Foundation Organizes Free Medical Outreach, Distributes Food In Osun
In a heartwarming display of compassion and dedication, Dr. Omolola Akindoyin O. the Chief Executive Officer, Almond Design Options Ltd and Founder of Almond Life Builders Foundation, distributed food packages to 500 senior citizens in Ile Ife.
Alongside the food distribution, the foundation offered free medical check-ups to ensure the well-being of the elderly population.
Dr. Omolola Akindoyin O’s noble endeavor was made possible in collaboration and support with Celestial Women of Courage Foundation – CWCF and partnership with the Initiative for Girl’s Right and Health Development (IGRHD), a nonprofit organization committed to empowering girls and improving healthcare in communities.
The collaborative effort allowed for a comprehensive approach to addressing the needs of the elderly population in Ile Ife.
Expressing her gratitude, Dr. Akindoyin extended her thanks to the House of Oduduwa for their unwavering support. The collective effort of these organizations highlights the power of collaboration in making a positive impact on the community.
The Almond Life Builders Foundation with continual support from Celestial Women of Courage Foundation- CWCF and other well meaning organisations aim to go even further in their commitment to assisting the elderly in Ile Ife.
Driven by their dedication to eradicating hunger and improving the lives of senior citizens, the organization (ALBF) plans to launch a food bank specifically tailored to this cause.
The food bank will ensure a sustained effort to provide nourishment and support to the elderly, even beyond the immediate distribution efforts.
During a press conference, Dr. Omolola Akindoyin O. expressed her appreciation for the invaluable contributions of individuals who have played pivotal roles in making the food distribution and medical check-ups a reality.
She singled out Mr. Femi Omidire, Mrs. Modupe Popoola, Engr. Adenike Akinrinde, Mrs. Oluwakemi Bisiriyu-Ovie, and Chief Franklin Omene for their remarkable efforts and unwavering support.
The selfless acts carried out by Dr. Omolola Akindoyin O. and the Almond Life Builders Foundation team in collaboration with CWOC, the IGRHD and the House of Oduduwa, have undoubtedly brought comfort and relief to the elderly citizens of Ile Ife.
