Osun ALGON Chairman Rescues Accident Victims
The Osun State Chairman of the Association of Local Governments of Nigeria, ALGON, Hon Sarafadeen Awotunde, on Sunday afternoon, rescued some accident victims along Osogbo Ikirun road.
The accidents involved a Rav4 jeep and a lady bike.
The ALGON chairman, CityMirrorNews gathered was on his way to Osogbo, the state capital when he ran into the accident scene.
The Chairman and his entourage, the medium learnt alighted from his vehicle to rescue the accident victims and called for an ambulance to take the victims to the hospital.
No fewer than three passengers sustained various degrees of injuries in the accident which occurred at about 1:29 pm.
According to an eyewitness, the Rav4 jeep hit the lady bike with two occupants on it and the jeep later somersaulted into a nearby bush.
