Shaykh Abd’Rahman Abdul-Azeez To Be Turbaned Grand Imam Of Ilobuland Tomorrow

The turbaning of the Grand Imam of Ilobuland Fadilatu-S-Shaykh Abd’Rahman Adewale Abdul-Azeez(PhD) comes up on Sunday January 8, 2023 at Ilobu Central Mosque. Time is 10:00am.

A release by the Chairman Planning Committee Muideen Adeleke and the Secretary Alhaji Daud Akeeb, indicates that the programme holds under the chairmanship of the former Deputy Speaker of the House of Representatives Rt.Hon Lasun Yussuf and the Chief host,Aare Musulumi of Ilobuland Alh. Azeez Olalekan Kolade .

It states that the programme will attract dignitaries from far and near including a Senior Advocate of Nigeria Alhaji Mahmud Kola Adesina, Senator Sirajudeen Ajibola Bashiru, Hon. Nasirudeen Olateju,Sheikh Abd’Rahman Abd’Rahim from Ibadan and Shaykh Abd’Salam Muh’d Awwal from Omupo.

The Grand Imam of Osun State Fadilatu-S-Shaykh Musa Animashaun is the spiritual father of the day while the Olobu of Ilobu land Oba Ashiru Olatoye Olaniyan II JP is the royal host.

The Osun State Governor Senator Nurudeen Ademola Jackson Adeleke is the special guest of honour at the turbaning of the Grand Imam of Ilobuland Fadilatu-S-Shaykh Abd’Rahman Adewale Abdul-Azeez.
