The Bourdillon Rejoices With Oyetola, SRJ Over Appointment

Members of a sociopolitical group in Osun State, The Bourdillon, have joined other well wishers to celebrate the appointment of the former governor of the state, Gboyega Oyetola as minister of the federal republic of Nigeria.

In a statement jointly signed by the group Coordinator, Oyeduntan Sola and Secretary, Adelabu Jamiu conveyed their gratitude to President Bola Ahmed Tinubu for the confidence he has in the ability of erstwhile Governor of Osun to be among the members of his cabinet.

The group, however congratulated the Osogbo born political strategist, Senator Ajibola Basiru on his elevation as the national Secretary of the All Progressives Congress (APC).

According to the statement, the appointment of Bashiru as the Secretary of the party will assist a lot in moving the party considering his
wealth of experience, loyalty and knowledge.

“We believe Mr Oyetola and Senator Basiru were consummate politicians who come on board with a lot of experiences while their new positions is a testament of their years of dedication and commitment to the party.

“We know how our amiable leader revamped the lost glory of education, moribund health care facilities and rejuvenate the state economy already in the comatose due to huge debit.’

“Alhaji Gboyega Oyetola is an administrator per excellence, resources management expert, cool , calm, collected and a great strategist.

The Bourdillon however charged the new APC national secretary to deploy more commitment to working diligently with the party’s leadership and members to promote unity, inclusivity, and effective governance.
