‘Arise Congress: The Path to a New Today and Greater Tomorrow’ – AABF

The All Africa Baptist Fellowship, AABF, has described the Arise Congress programme as the path to a new today, and greater future.
In a communique jointly signed by the General Secretary and Chief Executive Officer, AABF, Elias Apetogbo, and the President, All Africa Baptist Youth Fellowship, Bro. Jonas Kakenge Mbwenga congratulated the Nigerian Baptist Convention on the epoch-making event of the gathering of 20,000 youths.
The communique enjoined youths across Africa to see themselves not only as tomorrow’s leaders but as their leadership begins today.
It further stated that the gathering was a wake-up call to service and a statement of courage.
The Arise Congress is a gathering of 20,000 young people to conscientize them about the future and to symbolically anoint them as the future of the Nigerian Baptist Convention and global Christianity.
The programme which begins today is holding at the Baptist International Convention Centre, Lagos-Ibadan Expressway.
