Breaking: Fire Guts International Breweries Ilesa Office
Goods and equipment worth millions of naira were destroyed yesterday as a section of the International Breweries plant in Ilesa, Osun State, was gutted by fire.
According to an eyewitness, the fire started around 6pm and raged uncontrollably for about an hour.
CityMirrorNews gathered that no deaths or injuries were recorded at the scene.
A young man, who didn’t disclose his name, CityMirrorNews that the fire at the International Breweries plant started from one of the generator rooms on the premises.
Another eyewitness claimed that the fire started from the company’s warehouse. It was gathered that it took the intervention of the fire fighters to put out the blaze .
