Osun ALGON Commends Oyetola Over Olaiya-flyover Bridge

Association of Local Governments Of Nigeria (ALGON) in Osun state, has commended Gov. Adegboyega Oyetola for the timely completion of the Olaiya Flyover Bridge, which according to the association would be of great advantage to the good people of the state.

The ALGON State Chairman, Mr Abiodun Idowu , disclosed this to newsmen on Friday in Osogbo , while leading his team to inspect the just concluded flyover bridge in the state.

Idowu explained that the amiable governor has fulfilled one of his campaign promises through his initiative in constructing the flyover , which shows him as the people’s governor .

He further described the flyover bridge as an innovation with an exception, looking at the quality of the job done within a short period .

According to him, the people in Osun knew the value of structures and can only reciprocate the kind gesture to the governor by their vote in the coming gubernatorial election .

The ALGON chairman, however, noted that he was satisfied with the quality of job done by the governor.

He said that the bridge was designed by a professional architecture and believed would stand a taste of time .

Also, Mr Folarin Fafowora , the ALGON Vice Chairman, who spoke on maintenance culture , advised motorists to make judicious use of the flyover bridge rather than abusing such .

Fafowora, however, appealed to road users to obey traffic regulations and be good ambassadors to ensure that the flyover stand a taste of time.
