2023: Tinubu Healthy, Intellectually Fit To Rule Nigeria, PCC Member, Adeboye Adebayo Affirms

A chieftain of All Progressive Congress (APC) and the National Director, Media and Publicity, Asiwaju Project Beyond 2023 Adeboye Adebayo, has affirmed that the party presidential candidate, Asiwaju Bola Tinubu, is healthy and intellectually fit to rule Nigeria.

Adebayo who said Tinubu has no health challenge as erroneously being speculated explained that the former Lagos State governor’s health cannot in anyway affect the discharge of his responsibilities.

The Osun born political strategist declared that Tinubu’s Presidential Ambition was driven by his patriotic nature and zeal he has for greater Nigeria.

He stated these while speaking at media engagement with the theme “Tinubu Manifesto: Speaking Directly To The People’s Needs & National Challenges”, held at the Tinubu/Shettima Presidential Campaign Office on Wednesday, in Osogbo, Osun State.

Adeboye who a member of the All Progressives Congress, APC & Tinubu/Shettima President Campaign Council, said Yoruba race has a lot to benefit if the APC Presidential candidate, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu is elected.

He said the Yoruba nation should look at how they started in the nation’s politics, where they are and where they are going to and vote for their kinsmen ahead other contestants.

He maintained that the advantage and opportunity Yoruba have in Tinubu must not pass them, urging the people of the state to start preaching the gospel of Tinubu across the nooks and crannies of the state.

He described the APC candidate as a patriotic Nigerian using his intellectual and financial capacity for the enthronement of democracy in Nigeria.

“He is a team leader, one of the major trait of a good leader is to identify talents, Nigeria needs competent hands like Tinubu who is a talent Hunter, he deserve to be the president so that Nigeria can have good governance they are seeking for.

“We all recall that early this year in January when he Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu declared to contest for that office he was seen traveling to the nooks and crannies of this country, campaigning by himself soliciting for the support of Traditional rulers, support of every Nigerians even before the primaries.

“That somebody to travel abroad to have a surgery on his knee does not make him unfit to lead Nigeria. He is here because he’s mentally alert and his intellect is sound. And don’t forget that up till today he has attended so many town hall meetings, he has attended so many rallies.”

While outlining the differences between the APC presidential candidate and other candidates in the presidential race, Adebayo explained that Tinubu is always ready to listen to people adding that it is his winning formula.

“We believe that a Bola Ahmed Tinubu Presidency is what Nigeria needs at this time. Bola Ahmed Tinubu is the answer to many questions at hand now. He is in the race to deliver good governance to everybody, irrespective of age, tribe and religion. Our people are just whipping up sentiments.

“Bola Ahmed Tinbu is a detribalised Nigerian who played a vital role to restore democracy in Nigeria, especially during the June 12 struggle.

“Patriotism is what is driving Tinubu to contest the presidency. Because people like him stood up for democracy, that is why we can boast of the Fourth Republic.”

While acknowledging that the APC presidential candidate reengineered the finances of Lagos, he added that being a leader with foresight, Tinubu is ready to replicate it because he has the capacity and experience.

“His manifesto is presentable and when put together can proffer a solution to Nigeria’s problem.

He will nip insecurity in the bud, by this we mean terrorism and banditry. He will also establish Primary Healthcare Centres in every ward in the country.

He will also reform the financial sector and the foreign exchange market.”
