Traders In Ajegunle- Osogbo, Throw Support Behind Gov Oyetola Second Term Bid, Stage Solidarity Walk

Traders in popular Ajegunle, Osogbo under the aegis of Ajegunle Tradesmen and Artisans on Wednesday, stage a “Walk to Live” to solidarise with Governor Gboyega Oyetola second term ambition.
The traders numbering about one thousand plus staged the solidarity walk from Ajegunle to Ataoja palace and from Ataoja palace through Jaleoyemi to Olaiya to Oke-Fia .
The enthusiastic members of Ajegunle Tradesmen and Artisans however had a stopover under the newly built iconic Olaiya Flyover dancing and praisesinging the Governor for the work well done.
Speaking with the newsmen, the Chairman, Ajegunle Tradesmen and Artisans , Alhaji Azeez Kamorudeen Adesina said they embarked on the walk to live as part of the activities lineup for the endorsements programme of Governor Oyetola second term bid slated to hold on Saturday.
Adesina said they threw their weight behind the re-election bid of Governor Oyetola following his various achievements within three years in office.
The Chairman added that since the governor has delivered on his campaign promises, hence, deserved to be given another opportunity to continue with his good work.
Describing the Governor as a silent achiever , Adesina said that the number one citizens of Osun has done tremendously saying his Developmental strides cut across all sectors in the State.
Adesina on said: “Governor Oyetola has done tremendously well. He has listened to the people of Osun State, he listened to their agitations. The Olaiya Flyover is one the laudable achievements of Mr Governor .
“So to me, the people of Osun State should trust him again because he is someone capable of meeting their expectations.
Endorsing Governor Oyetola for another term in office is not a difficult task at all considering his achievements within a short term in office, especially in the area of active and passive workers’ welfare, as well as spread infrastructural development across the state.
He however enjoined urged the people of the state especially Ajegunle who are yet to get their PVCs in order not to be disenfranchised.
