Press Week: Give Your Health Priority -Osun NUJ Chairman Charges Members

Members of Nigeria Union of Journalists, Osun state council today embarked on health walk to Oke fia Osogbo as part of activities to mark this year NUJ press week.

Addressing members during the health Walk, The chairman, NUJ in Osun state, Comrade Wasiu Ajadosu urged members of the Union to always engage in physical exercise to improve their health.

Comrade Ajadosu who noted that Health is wealth said the Union would always encourage its members on regular medical checkup

He commended the chief Medical director of Osogbo central hospital Doctor Akindele Ajayi for giving members advise on their health and for sponsoring free medical checkup for the members as well as free Ambulance service for the health walk.

The Union chairman said the gesture would go a long way in cementing relationship between the Union and Osogbo Central hospital.

Members from all the twelve chapels of the union participated in the walk including political functionaries and friends of the media.
