Osun State Deputy Governor, Benedict Alabi, has lauded Governor Adegboyega Oyetola for considering his Federal Constituency in Irewole as the first port of call for the proposed Strategic Engagement Tour to all local governments in the state.

Recall that Governor Oyetola, has proposed a strategic engagement tour tagged: “Have You In Mind Always”

Alabi, in a press statement signed by his Spokesperson, Olaniyi Ajibola, on Monday said the proposed strategic engagement tour was a clear reflection of the policy of inclusiveness adopted by Oyetola-led administration in the state.

He explained that the proposed tour was to reiterate the irrevocable stance of the present government in the state to put the people first in all it’s considerations and constantly interact with them.

According to him, Oyetola, since the inception of his administration has pledged to provide desirable platforms for periodic engagement for the purpose of entrenching sense of belongings among the citizenry.

Alabi, while praising the Governor for the good gesture added that people in the Federal Constituency are eagerly waiting to welcome Oyetola and expressed their appreciation for array of developmental projects in the area.

“Because democracy is both representative and participatory, our amiable leader, Governor Adegboyega Oyetola, strongly believes in periodic interactions to update the people on our efforts to change the face of the state and uplift the people to attain utmost potentials.

“Our people in Irewole, Isokan and Ayedaade are earnestly waiting for the governor to register their unalloyed allegiance to the government and appreciate the governor for his kind gesture in the area”, the statement read.
