Osun Lawmaker , Salam Unveils Isiaka Adeleke Memorial Football Contest Logo
The lawmaker representing Representing Ede North, Ede South, Egbedore, and Ejigbo Federal Constituency Honorable Bamidele Salam has rewarded an Iwo born graphics designer, Aramide Oluwaseun , winner of Otunba Isiaka Adeleke memorial football competition Logo challenge with a sum of One hundred and fifty thousand naira (150,000)
Salam announced Oluwaseun as the best graphic designer while unveiling the Isiaka Adetunji Adeleke Memorial Football Competition Logo at the late first civilian governor hometown in Ede, Osun State .
Addressing newsmen, Salam said the winner of the graphics designing mini contest was picked by a group of assessors who analysed the pool of entries received on his Facebook page.

He added that the motive behind the mini contest was not only to get the most befitting logo, but also to bring the ingenuity and creativity of young Nigerians in the fore.
Speaking on this year’s competition, which is the third of it, the lawmaker called on well-meaning individuals and corporate bodies to support the competition by partnering with him, stating that the logistics for this year’s edition will be huge.
The lawmaker also said this year competition will be a state wide contest.
“The motive behind making it a statewide contest is that we know late Senator Isiaka Adeleke was a governor for all Osun and we believe with emergence of Senator Ademola Adeleke, we should not continue having it in the corner of our Constituency.
“I want to call on the local organising committee to ensure that the value is held. No room for any favouritism no matter how little. While I want my team from Egbedore to win, but I want to say that they deserve no favour. Integrity is very important.”
The competition will commence on Sunday, December 4th and climaxed on January 15th, 2023.
Speaking with newsmen, the winner appreciated the lawmaker for the initiative.
He said he never thought his entry could be considered.
“When I first saw it, I had no believe in it. I thought it would be like normal political gimmick. But I thank Representative Bamidele Salam for this. It will go a long way in motivating young people.”
Oluseun took time to explain the concept of the logo in a short presentation he made at the event.
