Just In:‘Drug Trafficking’: Abba Kyari Fights Back, Drags FG To Court
DCP Abba Kyari, the suspended Police officer on Monday sued the federal government to the court over his alleged involvement in drug trafficking.
Kyari is currently in the custody of the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA).
Pending the hearing and determination of his fundamental right enforcement application, the detained Police officer in his suit marked FHC/ABJ/CS/182/22, is praying the court to compel NDLEA to grant him bail on health grounds.
