Ibori Goes Mad At Okowa, Others,In PDP As Delta 2023 Elections Approach

Former Governor of Delta State, Chief James Ibori,has lambasted the incumbent Governor,Sanator Ifeanyi Okowa over his master-plan to antagonise and reduce him politically within the ruling Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) and the state at large.
Ibori,a key player in the politics of Delta State, while making his first open endorsement recently at a political rally for Sanator Ighoyota Amori, an aspirant for Delta Central senitorial District under the ruling party (PDP),frowned at the efforts of Governor Okowa and some politicians within the party who were trying to drag him down the hill.
The rally which was held at Mosogar ,Ethiope West local Government Area of the state,he declared his support for Amori ,a long trusted political associate and two-term former Commissioner while he was in office.
In his speech,he said: I am behind Senator Ighoyota Amori,every step on the way,every step off the way. If anyone is conspiring,or anybody thinks because I am now a former governor and they want to conspire to disgrace me,God will disgrace all of them.”
CityMirrowNews gathered that the loggerheads between Okowa and Ibori were born out of political lordship on who emerges as PDP Governorship candidate for the coming elections.Chief Ibori was said to be backing Mr. David Edevbie while governor Okowa in support of Mr Sheriff Oborevwori. Both aspirants which hail from Delta Central.
