Osun Ritual Killing: Suspect’s Father Commits Suicide

The father of one of the suspects arrested over the killing of a middle aged lady, Ashiata Yekeen for money ritual has committed suicide.

A team of Anti Kidnapping Squads of Osun State Police Command have arrested Muhideen Tunji Adebayo, Alfa Musi and one Orela for allegedly killing a middle aged lady, Ashiata Yekeen.

It was learnt that father of Muhideen Tunji Adebayo, who is the prime suspect in the killing, PA Adetunji popularly known as Baba Ayisat At Ago’s compound in Ileogbo, Ayedire local in Osun State, according to sources who spoke with our correspondent on phone said, he committed suicide due to shame in the town.

The source said since his son was arrested for the killing of his girlfriend for money ritual, he was not free to go out or speak to anyone in the town.

The source revealed that he ate poison around 6pm today.
