Owode Ede: Ifesowapo Coop Thrift And Credit Society Mourns President’s Death
—Describes Late Arojojoye As A Caring Father
Members of the Ifesowapo Coop Thrift and Credit Society, Lapeleke Street, Owode-Ede in Osun State, have described the death of their President, Pa George Arojojoye as a rude shock.
They also said it was a severe blow to the entire society that was established by the late president few years a go.
This was made known in a press statement issued by the Chairman of the society, Deacon Richard Akintade and the General Secretary, Pastor Moses Agboola on behalf of members of the society.
The statement said, Pa Arojojoye’s passion and active interest in matters concerning members and the society cannot be over emphasised as he loves to pursue welfare and betterment of all and sundry.
“We shall all miss our amiable, caring, loving and God-fearing father as we extend our condolences to the entire Arojojoye family, friends and others as we prayed for the repose of his soul”.
Meanwhile the family has announced that the service of Songs will hold at his residence today Thursday December 8th at, Lapeleke’s street, Owode-Ede while Wake-Keep and Funeral Service holds at Ilase-Ijesa in Obokun local government area of Osun State tomorrow the 9th and Saturday 10th December respectively.
Baba is survived by Madam Oreoluwa Arojojoye and many children among whom are Kayode, Yinka, Funke, Soji, Ronke and Bose Arojojoye as well as grand children.
Baba died recently after a brief illness.
