AGF/Project Beyond 2023 Congratulates Tinubu On his Victory At APC Primary Election

A leading socio-political group propagating the presidential aspiration of Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu, Asiwaju Grassroots Foundation (AGF) Osun State Chapter has congratulated its principal, Tinubu on his emergence as the presidential flagbearer of the APC for the 2023 general elections.

AGF, also known as “Project Beyond 2023” described the victory of the former Governor of Lagos State in the just concluded APC primary election as a good omen and an expression of national unity of purpose.

According to the group in a statement signed by its state Coordinator, Comrade Sikiru Tijani and Secretary Comrade Yahaya Adeniji, and made available to newsmen in Osogbo, on Wednesday, the APC Presidential candidate would use his wealth of experience to take the country to the promised land, if emerged victorious.

AGF, however, commended President Muhammad Buhari for providing leadership in enthronement of internal democratic process, saying it was a thing to see the delegates were allowed to vote for the candidate of their choice.

“The overwhelming victory of our Principal, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu at the just-concluded Special Convention of the party held in Abuja, could be best described as a good omen and expression of national unity of purpose.

“Asiwaju’s victory is a manifestation of his years of personal commitment, sacrifice, tenancy, political experience and service to the nation.

“Our Principal, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu is an enigmatic leader and strong pillar with immense influence, we have confidence that the APC standard-bearer has the capacity, acumen and sagacity to mobilize support across the length and breadth of the country to give our party, APC a resounding victory at the forthcoming general elections.

“We, however, commend President Muhammad Buhari for allowing every individuals to participate in the process and partake in the Convention.

They also expressed optimism that when eventually elected as President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, the APC candidate will bring to bear his vast wealth of experience and network as a former Governor, Senator and political leader to hit the ground running and build on the successes of the Buhari-led administration in all facets of human endeavour.
