Osun ALGON Mourns Death Of Wife Of Special Adviser On Environment, Rufus Oyegbile
The leadership and members of Association of Local Governments of Nigeria (ALGON), Osun State Chapter, have commiserated with the Special Adviser to the Governor on Environment and Sanitation, Mr Rufus Oyegbile over the death of his wife, Mrs. Abimbola Oyegbile.
The Council Chairmen described the death of the wife of the seasoned politician as unfortunate and painful.
Mrs. Abimbola Oyegbile passed on Tuesday after a brief illness, at the age of 55 years.
The ALGON’s condolence message was contained in a statement signed by its Chairman, Hon. Samuel Idowu Abiodun, in Osogbo.
“On behalf of the caretaker chairmen across the 69 Councils in the State of Osun, I commiserate with the Special Adviser to the Governor on Environment and Sanitation, Hon. Rufus Oyegbile over the death of his wife, Mrs Abimbola Rolake Oyegbile.
“We received the news of her death with a heavy heart as it came to us as a rude shock.
“We urge the spouse of the deceased and other members of the family to take solace in the fact that the deceased lived a meaningful and worthy life.
“It is our collective prayer that God in His infinite mercy will not forsake her immediate family and grant the bereaved family the fortitude to bear the irreplaceable loss”, ALGON added.
