Sugar Ray Robinson was an American born boxer who lived from May 3, 1921 to April 12, 1989.

He was Considered one of the greatest boxers of all time, Sugar Ray Robinson held the world welterweight title from 1946 to 1951, and by 1958, he had become the first boxer to win a divisional world championship five times.

In June 1947 ,Boxer Sugar Ray Robinson backed out of a fight when he had a dream, the night before the fight, that he killed his opponent in the ring.

Robinson was entangled with shock and decided to quit the fight but eventually narrated the dream to his Priest.

However, his priest convinced him to fight and he went into the ring killing his opponent, Jimmy Doyle, in the eighth’s rounds.

The death was the first suffered by a professional boxer in a world championship match.
