He said:
“Grace brought us as witnesses to Youth Week 2022, we give all glory to the Lord.
“As we celebrate His mercy over us as youth of Nigerian Baptist Convention, my prayers are that His name alone is praised in all we do; may we find satisfaction in the Bread of Life, Jesus; may many more youth come to eat THE Bread and may we be found as instruments of righteousness as we daily eat the bread.”
Praying for the Church of Christ, he said “May the Church of Christ experience revival through us; may the Bread of Life bring total breakthrough to all our challenges; may the Bread of Life bring joy and fulfilment to all; and may the Bread of Life keep us all from the evil of our time.”
He used the occasion to pray for the families of youths that died in the last one year. He said, “For all our youth who went to be with the Lord in the last one year, may the Bread of Life daily satisfy their family members. May the vacuum created in their Church be occupied by divine instruments.”
