Osun NSCDC Condemns Hoodlum Attack On Oranmiyan House, Says Miscreants Will Be Brought To Book
The Commandant, Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps(NSCDC), Osun State Command, Commandant Emmanuel Ocheja has condemned the attack by unknown miscreants on the Oranmiyan House, today, Thursday 3rd February, 2022 in Osogbo the state capital.
Ocheja who had earlier deployed men of NSCDC to the place to protect the critical infrastructure and the people until calm is restored said all the perpetrators would be brought to book.
He made these known in a statement signed by the NSCDC Public Relations Officer, ASCII Atanda Olabisi made available to newsmen in Osogbo, on Thursday
The Commandant, who visited the building, for inspection on Thursday, 3rd February, 2022, following the report of the sporadic shooting on the critical infrastructure, perpetrated by unknown gunmen, sounded a note of warning to the miscreants and hoodlums with an advice to consider relocating out of the state as this kind of untoward criminal act will not be tolerated henceforth, in the State.
Meanwhile, Commandant Ocheja said, “the Corps is working in synergy, with other security agencies to ensure a peaceful atmosphere and he emphasized that no one that is caught acting against the law will be spared.
The Commandant also said that he has as a matter of urgency, following the incident, deployed his men to protect critical infrastructures, which includes transformers, heavy investments and the good people of the state, resident within the vicinity, until calm and tranquility is restored.
He therefore, warned miscreants to stay clear of the state.
