Workers’ Day: Project Beyond 2023 Felicitates With Nigeria’s Workforce, Urges Them To Keep Faith With Bola Tinubu

The foremost Tinubu presidential support group Asiwaju Project Beyond 2023 has felicitated with Nigerian workforce under the umbrella of the Nigerian Labour Congress, NLC, Trade Union Congress, TUC and the Private sector workers on the celebration of the year 2020 worker’s day.

In a statement released in Abuja on Sunday by its National Director of Media & Publicity, Comrade Adeboye Adebayo, the project expressed recognition of the contributions of the workers to the national development.

According to him “The roles being played by the Nigerian workforce to the national growth and development cannot be overemphasized hence they must be well celebrated, recognised and encouraged and that is why i am on behalf of our Director General and the entire members of the project felicitating with Nigerian workforce civil servants, public servants, private sector workers, Artisans and labour allies and recognising their contributions to nation building”

The statement urges the workers to keep faith with the APC especially with upcoming Tinubu’s Presidency, that all the challenges facing the workforce in Nigeria will be surmounted.

Adebayo said “For us as political stakeholders, we are appreciate worker’s contributions to nation building, we are also aware how much more they can contribute if there are improved condition of service, working tools, conducive environment, capacity buildings, structural reforms and encouraging welfare packages across board and this is what Bola Tinubu’s presidency will represent”

“We are all aware of the diplomatic way Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu used to settle the mother of all crisis that would have between the Federal Government and the Labour force on fuel subsidy issues at the early period of this administration. This shows that there is a mutual respect and understanding between him and labour unions because of his great commitment to the development of the service through improved conditions of service, capacity buildings and welfarism hence we can authoritatively assured Nigerian workforce of better days ahead with Bola Tinubu’s presidency” Adebayo said.
