Osun NUJ To Close 2021 Press Week With Church Service

As the 2021 NUJ Press Week winds up, a church service to draw the curtain on the weeklong Press activities will hold on Sunday, 31st October at the Union Baptist Church, Odi-Olowo in Osogbo the State capital.

The Church service which will be hosted by the Chairman of the All Progressive Congress (APC ) in Osun, Prince Gboyega Famodun will start by 9 o’clock in the morning.

A statement jointly signed by the Church Service Committee Chairman, Deacon Richard Akintade and the Secretary Roseline Olawuni, enjoined members to attend the thanksgiving service to appreciate God for a successful press week.

The statement therefore enjoined members of the union to promptly converge at NUJ press centre by 8:30am for onward movement to the church while reception follows immediately after the service.

The statement also congratulated the State Chairman of the NUJ Comrade Wasiu Ajadosu and the Secretary Comrade Bukola Elufadejin on the success of this year 2021 Press Week.
