APC LG Primary Election: Suspected Thugs, Aspirant Intimidate Voters, Destroy Banners In Oshodi

An Aspirant in the ongoing Local Governments Election process in Oshodi, Lagos, has allegedly connived with a popular NURTW leader to cause mayhem in the ongoing All Progressives Congress (APC), in Oshodi-Isola.
According to the report, at the Ward D1, Oluyeye, Mafoluku, some boys carrying the placards and banners bearing the identity of the said aspirant, were seeing destroying the placards of other Aspirants, among those destroyed are placards bearing identity of Bamidele Ogundipe, Adebamji Adeoye Atewogboye and a few other littering the ground of Ajibulu Health Centre; the slated venue for the APC primary election in the Ward.
An eyewitness reports that the election has not properly started when the alleged aspirant and his accomplice have started destroying people’s posters and intimidating lawful voters.
We have always said that this exercise will cause mayhem going by the desperation of these people who are in high desperation to move from garage to the council Secretariat.
