HuCaPAN Inaugurates Electoral Committee
In his address during the inauguration, Remi said that the “Association is in an election year and all Electoral Committee members are considered elder statesmen that are eminently qualified to give the Association the desired leadership.” He appreciated them for their support to the Association and for honouring the invitation to serve on the Committee.
He informed the Committee that the Executive Committee of the Association at its last meeting appointed the Ex-Officio and immediate past President, Mr. Neye Enemigin as the Chairman/Returning Officer and the Executive Secretary, Mr. Olajide Afolabi as the Secretary of the Committee. Other members of the Committee are Ex-Officio, Mr. Clem Baiye, Mrs. Nireti Adebayo of Whyte Cleon Nig. Ltd. and Mrs. Perita Kimeng of StreSert Services Ltd.
In his response, the Chairman/Returning Officer, Mr. Neye Enemigin appreciated the Executive Committee for finding the members worthy to organize the election. He assured the Executive Committee that the Committee would work round the clock to ensure that it organised a free, fair and transparent election that would be acceptable to all.
