Breaking : Osun Monarch, Alabere Of Abere Joins Ancestors

A traditional ruler in Osun state, Alabere of Abere, Oba Abdulkareem Sanusi Adefemi, Abiade 1, has joined his ancestors.
The monarch passed on after a brief illness on Tuesday night.
It was gathered that the monarch gave up the ghost at the Muslim hospital, Ede.
Causes of his death could not be as ascertained as at the time of filing this report.
A source closed to the palace said that the interment arraignment would be done this morning, Wednesday, April 28, 2021
According to the source, Oba Adefemi was the first Alabere of Abere following his upgrading from the village chief to the king by the state government of Osun.
The source told CityMirrorNews that Oba Adefemi was 91 before his transition
Abere is the headquarters of Ede North Area Council.
