Osun Assembly D-Chief Whip, Ogunkanmi Greets Speaker Owoeye At 49
Osun State House of Assembly Deputy Chief Whip, Honorable Gbenga Ogunkanmi has congratulated the Speaker of the Assembly, Hon. Timothy Owoeye on his birthday.
Ogunkanmi while speaking with journalists in Osogbo on Tuesday expressed his felicitation to the speaker, describing him as a great advocate of peace and community development who always strive for the progress of his people.
He said that “Osun House of Assembly has continued to enjoy unflinching support from this focused astute administrator, grassroot politician and great philanthropist representing Ilesa East State constituency.”
According to him “I join the good people of Osun and All Progressives Congress (APC) in the state to congratulate our leader.
“Your excellent leadership strides as the head of the legislature in Osun House of Assembly is one of the things that keeps APC stronger in our state which we believe you will also do at at higher level if given the chance to work even beyond this state.
“I thank the Almighty God for granting you yet another opportunity to celebrate this day in good health and peace of mind in service Osun Assembly Members and APC at large”, he stated.
Hon. Ogunkanmi saluted Owoeye for his courage, forthrightness and diligence in providing exemplary and broadminded leadership for the parliament.
He extolled the celebrant for being a pathfinder in the party, APC as well as his depth of wisdom in solving problems.
The Lawmaker representing Ayedire State constituency prayed to God to grant the Speaker more years with strength and wisdom to be of service for the continued growth and development of the Virtuous State.
