Oyetola’s Aide Set To Celebrate With 150 Women
The senior special assistant to Osun State Governor on Special Duties, Samson Owoyokun has decided to roll out drums to celebrate with one hundred and fifty elderly women from Ilesa West local government of the state.
In a press statement issued and signed by the Ilesa trained environmental biologist, it reads, “I will be at my local government to celebrate with our women, mostly the elderly ones among them in commemoration of this year International Women’s Day (March 8th) and Mother’s Day (March 14th), it will be a moment to celebrate the pride of women: Motherhood.
It states further, “Our women are strong, they are the pillars of hope, resilience and hard work. They are the torchlights of the world, they must be celebrated everyday. Ilesa West LG women are super women, they are extraordinary in action and pursuits. I identify with their struggles, share in their pains and earnestly eager to celebrate their many successes”
Political associates of the SSA Special Duties who also doubles as the director of administration and logistics of the Ilerioluwa campaign organization confirmed that the commemorative event will hold at the APC secretariat of Ilesa West LG this Sunday, 21st March 2021.
Owoyokun who later confirmed that the beneficiaries were selected from all the ten wards of the LG, and it is just his modest way of putting smiles on the faces of the women just like his principal, Governor Gboyega Oyetola has been doing in the last 27months of his God sent administration through his masses oriented policies in the area of human resources and welfare package for civil servants and pensioners, health, education, agriculture, social intervention schemes, youth liberation and emancipation.
The First Lady of the State, Mrs. Kafayat Oyetola will be the mother of the day, as political leaders have been invited to grace the memorable occasion.
