Former Health Minister, Prof Adewole Revalidates APC Membership

The former Minister of Health, Professor Isaac Adewole on Thursday, revalidated his membership of the All Progressives Congress (APC).
Adewole revalidated his membership at Unit 6, ward 7 at Iroye area of Ilesa East Local Government Area of the state.
The former Minister while performing the exercise described the success of the re-validation and registration exercise across the country as heartwarming.
The minister said the exercise signified a vote of confidence on the party by people and urged the citizens to rally round the party in Osun state and Nigeria at large.
“The APC remains the most credible platform to bring the desired development to the state and Nigeria.”
He urged the people of the state to continue to support the governor of the state, Mr Gboyega Oyetola in his bid to take the state to the greater heights.
Earlier, the party Chairman, Prince Gboyega Famodun appreciated the party members for trooping out en mass to welcome the ex minister and other party Chieftains in the state to the town.
Famodun said APC is the only party that can lead the state to its desired destination.
He said with the level of acceptance of the party in the area, a huge surge in its popularity was expected in the state in the coming 2022 gubernatorial election.
“I commend members of the revalidation and registration committee for their labour of love in the state.
“This is a labour of love and sacrifice and we have a lot to be thankful for what the APC has done in the state,” he said.
Speaking with our Correspondent, Engr Oluremi Omowaiye, the Honourable Commissioner for Works and Transport who had earlier moved around the streets of Ilesa sensitised party members who are yet to re-validate their membership to do so just as he enjoined non members to join the moving train.
According to Omowaiye, the present administration under the leadership of Governor Gboyega Oyetola has done tremendously well in the development of the state.
Omowaiye said APC remains the party to beat in the coming 2022 governorship election, saying that governor Oyetola is determined to continue to take the state to the next level of development.
